About the Club
Tae Kwon Do is fun and can chase away the winter blues while giving you a
revitalising break
from the daily routine. It's guaranteed to offer more than any other fitness
class. We focus on teaching a technical style of Tae Kwon Do for the whole
family providing fitness, self defence and encouraging self-discipline and
expertise.

Our club is built around its members and seeks to achieve a community spirit

international environment. Students are expected to train within their own
individual abilities. Each student progresses at their own pace.
Exams are every few months and there are opportunities to participate in competitions for
students that so desire.
